MyKeyboard: Themes & Fonts ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our Sweet Keyboard application (the "App") on your mobile device.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect


Your privacy is our top priority. Therefore, we want to be explicitly clear:

  •     We Do Not Collect Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, or phone number.
  •     We Do Not Log or Transmit Your Keystrokes: We absolutely DO NOT record, log, or transmit the words, messages, or any content you type using the keyboard ("keystrokes") to our servers or any third parties. All typing remains entirely on your device.
  •     We Do Not Collect Sensitive Data: We do not access or collect information from your contacts, photos, SMS messages, emails, or other sensitive applications.

3. Information We May Collect (For App Functionality)


To improve the App's performance and user experience, we may collect the following non-personal, anonymized information:

  •     Usage Data: We may collect anonymized and aggregated data about how you interact with the App. This includes information like which themes or fonts are most popular, feature usage frequency, and general crash reports. This data cannot be used to identify you.
  •     Diagnostic Data: In the event of an app crash, we may receive anonymous crash logs from third-party services (like Google Firebase). These logs contain technical information about your device (e.g., device model, operating system version) to help us diagnose and fix the problem. They do not contain information about what you typed.

4. Permissions We Request and Why


The App may request certain permissions on your device to enable specific features:

  •     Internet Access: This permission is used solely to download new themes/fonts from our gallery and to send anonymous usage/crash data for improvement purposes.
  •     Storage (Photos/Media/Files): This permission is requested only if you choose to use your own photo as a custom keyboard background. The App does not access your entire photo gallery without your explicit consent for this specific action.

5. Third-Party Services


The App uses third-party services that may collect anonymized information:

    Google AdMob: We use AdMob to display advertisements in the free version of our App. AdMob may use collected data to show personalized ads based on your interests.     Google Firebase: We use Firebase for anonymous crash reporting and analytics to understand how the App is used and to improve its stability and performance.

6. Data Security


We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect the limited information we have. However, remember that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure and reliable.

7. Children's Privacy


Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
