Terms of Service for MyKeyboard: Themes & Fonts

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the MyKeyboard: Themes & Fonts mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MyKeyboard: Themes & Fonts provides a customizable keyboard interface that allows users to:

•     Change the visual theme, background, and key appearance.

•     Install and use custom fonts.

•     Modify typing sounds and animations.

•     Create and save personalized keyboard designs.

   (The "Service").

3. User-Generated Content & Conduct

The App may allow you to create or upload your own designs ("User Content"). You agree that you will not create or share User Content that:

•     Is illegal, pornographic, obscene, or offensive.

•     Infringes on any third party's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

•     Contains hate speech, promotes violence, or harasses others.

•     Is designed to impersonate another person or entity.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

    Our Rights: The App, its original content, features, functionality, and all intellectual property rights are and will remain the exclusive property of AppTruyenHay.yc and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

    Your Rights: You retain all rights to the User Content you create. By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service (e.g., if you share a theme to a public gallery).

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions (if applicable)

The App may offer in-app purchases (e.g., premium themes, fonts).

    Payment will be charged to your app store account (Google Play, App Store) at confirmation of purchase.

    All sales are final, and we do not provide refunds for in-app purchases unless required by law.

    Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App and Service are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law,AppTruyenHay.yc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
